Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Shipex World, we strive to provide smooth and transparent service through our courier partners. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Important: Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment pickup.
  • Once the parcel is handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The booking was charged but not processed due to system error.
  • The parcel was not picked up due to fault on our side.
  • A courier partner fails to provide pickup and delivery within the committed timeline (subject to verification).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address or incomplete documentation by the customer
  • Delay due to customs clearance, natural calamities, or third-party issues
  • Parcel already dispatched or in transit

4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
